Apple has just released iOS 13.2.3 and iPadOS 13.2.3 to the public

Apple fans, we have good news and bad news. The good news is that Apple has just released a new update for its mobile device. The bad news is that unfortunately, iOS 13.2.3 and iPadOS 13.2.3 do not include major RAM management improvements that speed up the iPhone and iPad by fixing a large multitasking bug that everyone has complained about.
